Owner of the Worcester gym. Dan has been training in mixed martial arts (MMA) since 2005 and been practising Judo since 1988.
With a passion for the fitness industry and competitive competition especially in contact sports, Dan’s key focus is always in the personal development of its members, trying to instil a can do mindset and understanding your why, to provide the best possible coaching.
Muay Thai Coach
NVQ level 2 Health and Fitness First Aid qualification Muay Thai coach for 6 years Rich joined Trojan Free Fighters in November 2010 as the Muay Thai coach in Worcester.
Rich is a passionate Muay Thai coach and has spent the last 6 years going to Thailand training in gyms such as Sor.Vorpin in Bangkok, WMC in Ko Samui, and trained by coaches such as Stafan Fox.
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Head Coach
Paul is a long standing member of the team here. He has a working knowledge of a variety of martial arts but his passion is the grappling based arts particularly Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and passing his knowledge on to everyone here.
Paul regularly arranges seminars with his teacher Chico Mendes and other world champions, to add to the collective intelligence of the school and assist in everyone’s personal development

Kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Coach
Jadon Ortlepp is a BJJ purple belt and has been training since 2008. He also has a brown belt (1st kyu) in Judo and has formerly trained in wrestling and various striking arts. He holds qualifications in youth work, 1st aid, child protection in sport, Msc in Psychology and numerous outdoor sports coaching qualifications.
Jadon strongly believes in training fundamentals and positive reinforcement.
